Terra Capital Partners closes over $20,000,000 of mezzanine loans backed by properties located throughout the US
“An extremely active origination period for Terra Capital Partners has recently culminated in the closing over $20,000,000 in mezzanine loans. The properties include office, retail, industrial and multifamily uses and span the country from New York to California. "The closing of these loans solidifies our position as one of the nation's most active small balance mezzanine providers" said Dan Cooperman, a Managing Director of Terra Capital Partners. "These loans were closed with a host of first mortgage lenders, all of whom are repeat co-lenders with Terra" added Cooperman.
Terra Capital Partners fills the gap between the first mortgage loan and the borrower’s equity by funding up to 90% of the value of the underlying property. TCP invests in loans backed by office, retail, multifamily and industrial properties located throughout the United States. The loans are sourced through mortgage brokers and strategic lending alliances with top senior lenders nationwide.
